护理干预对口腔颌面部肿瘤切除术后软组织缺损皮瓣修复术后的效果评价

Nursing Intervention for Oral and Maxillofacial Tumor Resection after The Flap Repair of Soft Tissue Defects after The Effect of Evaluation

目的:探析护理干预对口腔颌面部肿瘤切除术后软组织缺损皮瓣修复术后的效果。方法:对2018年1月~2019年1月在我院进行治疗的82例患者进行分组研究,采用抽签法分为对照组(n=41)与研究组(n=41)。两组均行口腔颌面部肿瘤切除术后软组织缺损皮瓣修复术,对照组应用常规护理,研究组应用护理干预,对比两组修复满意度及并发症发生率。结果:研究组修复满意度高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:口腔颌面部肿瘤切除术后软组织缺损皮瓣修复术患者实施护理干预,有助于恢复口腔功能、语言功能,减少不良反应。

Objective:To explore the ellect of nursing intervention on the reconstruction of soft tissue defect with flap after oral and maxillofacial tumor resection.Methods:A total of 82 patients treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were divided into control group(n=41)and study group(n=41)by lottery.Both groups received flap repair of soft tissue defect after oral and maxillofacial tumor resection.Routine nursing was applied to the control group and nursing intervention was applied to the research group.The repair satisfaction and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The repair satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,with significant diflerence(P><0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention for patients with soft tissue defect repaired by flap after oral and maxillofacial tumor resection is helpful to restore oral function and language function and reduce adverse reactions.
