HCY、CRP、APN、SAA水平与冠状动脉粥样硬化病变程度的相关性研究

摘要 目的:研究同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、脂联素(APN)、血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)水平与冠状动脉粥样硬化病变程度的相关性。方法:回顾性分析2018年5月至2019年6月本院收治的冠心病患者96例临床资料,根据冠脉病变评分(Gensini)和三组患者的HCY、CRP、APN、SAA水平,分析其与病情程度的相关性。结果:三组间HCY、CRP、APN、SAA水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Pearson分析,HCY、CRP、SAA水平与冠状动脉粥样硬化病变程度呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05),APN水平与冠状动脉粥样硬化病变程度呈负相关(r<0,P<0.05)。结论:HCY、CRP、APN、SAA水平均与冠状动脉粥样硬化病变程度呈高度相关性,可据此进行病情评估,具有良好的临床应用价值。 Objective:To study the correlation between homocysteine(HCY),C-reactive protein(CRP),adiponectin(APN),serum amyloid protein A(SAA)levels and severity of coronary atherosclerosis.Methods:The clinical data of 96 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to June 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.According to the coronary artery disease score(Gensini)and the levels of Hey,GRP,APN and SAA of the three groups of patients,the correlation between them and the severity of the disease was analyzed.Results:There was statistical difference in the levels of HCY,CRP,APN and SAA among the three groups(P<0.05);Pearson analysis showed that the levels of HCY,CRP and SAA had positive correlation with the severity of coronary atherosclerosis,and the level of APN had negative correlation with the severity of coronary'athero8elerosis(r<0,.P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of HCY,CRP,APN and SAA are highly correlated with the severity of coronary atherosclerosis,which can be used to evaluate the disease and have good clinical application value.
