FTS理念联合心理护理在泌尿外科老年患者后腹腔镜围术期护理的应用研究

Application of FTS Concept Combined with Psychological Nursing in Laparoscopic Perioperative Nursing for Elderly Patients with Urology

目的:研究探讨FTS理念联合心理护理在泌尿外科老年患者后腹腔镜围术期护理的应用效果。方法:选取我院2017年1月至2019年1月期间行后腹腔镜手术治疗的泌尿外科老年患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,其中研究组(n=40)行FTS理念联合心理护理的围术期护理干预治疗,对照组(n=40)行常规护理干预治疗,统计记录两组患者接受护理干预治疗后术后不良反应发生率以及术后生活质量评分和VAS疼痛评分,并进行对照。结果:研究组患者术后不良反应发生率以及VAS疼痛评分低于对照组患者,其SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:FTS理念联合心理护理应用在泌尿外科老年患者后腹腔镜手术效果显著,在临床上具有应用价值。

Objective:To study the application effect of FTS concept combined with psychological nursing in laparoscopic perioperative nursing in elderly patients with urology.Methods:80 elderly patients with urologic surgery who underwent laparoscopic surgery from January 2017 to January 2019 in our hospital were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into two groups.The study group(n=40)underwent FTS concept.Perioperative nursing intervention for psychological nursing,the control group(n=40)underwent routine nursing intervention,and the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions and postoperative quality of life scores and VAS pain scores were recorded.And for comparison.Results:The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions and VAS pain scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the SF-36 score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The FTS concept combined with psychological nursing has a significant effect on laparoscopic surgery in elderly patients with urology,and it has clinical application value.
