岸边集装箱起重机随机地震响应分析 被引量:1

摘要 基于随机振动理论,对岸边集装箱起重机进行随机地震激励下的动态响应分析。建立岸边集装箱起重机有限元模型,选取杜修力-陈厚群随机地震功率谱模型作为输入,采用一致多维平稳随机地震响应分析方法,数值仿真了岸边集装箱起重机在前大梁水平和仰起80°两种工况下地震激励时内力及位移的响应。结果表明:X向地震动对岸桥地震内力响应影响较大,而Y向地震动的影响不明显;相对于前大梁仰起80°工况,岸桥水平工况下内力响应更加明显,前大梁顶端Y向位移响应更大,地震作用下岸边集装箱起重机前大梁水平工况更为危险。 Based on the theory of random vibration,the dynamic response analysis on quayside container crane(referred to as the container crane)under random seismic excitation was investigated.The finite element model of the container crane was established.The input of earthquake ground motion was indicated by Du Xiuli-Chen Houqun's random seismic power spectrum model.The uniform multidimensional stationary random seismic response analysis method was selected to simulate the random seismic response of the structural’s force and displacement under the conditions of boom horizontal and the boom up to 80 degrees.The analysis reveals that the impact of X-ground vibration on the seismic response of the container crane is significant,but the influence of Y-ground motion is not obvious.The seismic response of the structure is more obvious and the Y-direction displacement of the boom peak point is relatively higher when its boom stays horizontal than boom up to 80 degrees,therefore,the horizontal working condition of the boom is more dangerous under earthquake excitations.
