摘要
基于Ansys有限元软件,对两层升降横移式立体车库钢结构进行了仿真设计研究。主要分析了钢结构的受力情况、钢结构的变形以及强度。结果表明:钢结构最大变形位置在中纵梁中间,与实际最大变形位置相吻合;对前横梁、后横梁、中纵梁和立柱等分析得出的强度均满足要求;在极限满载条件下整个钢结构的刚度与强度都小于许用值,钢结构刚度与强度满足设计要求。
Based on Ansys finite element software,the simulation design of a two-layer lifting and transverse high-rise garage steel structure is studied in this paper.This paper mainly analyses the stress condition,deformation and strength analysis of steel structure.The main results show that the maximum deformation position of the steel structure is in the middle of the middle longitudinal beam,which coincides with the actual maximum deformation position;the strength of the front beam,the rear beam,the middle longitudinal beam and the column can meet the requirements.The stiffness and strength of the whole steel structure are less than the allowable value under the ultimate full load condition,and the stiffness and strength of the steel structure meet the design requirements.
