深海海底钻机着底动力学建模与分析 被引量:2

摘要 深海海底钻机是开展深海海底地质科学、矿产资源勘探与工程地质勘察的利器。首先,以深海海底钻机硬着底为研究对象,建立海底底质力学模型及深海海底钻机着底动力学模型;然后,以我国“海牛号”海底钻机为基础,运用MATLAB计算分析深海海底钻机着底过程中侵入深度和作用力的变化规律,继而分析探讨出钻机重量、跌落高度、底质刚度、底质阻尼对钻机侵入深度和作用力的影响。分析结果表明:钻机侵入深度和作用力随着钻机自身重量、着底过程的跌落高度的增加而近似成正比增加;钻机侵入深度和作用力随着海底底质阻尼增加而呈线性减小;钻机侵入深度随着底质刚度的增加先迅速减小后趋于稳定并接近于0,钻机受到的作用力随着底质刚度增加先快速增加后基本呈线性增加。 Deep seafloor drill is a powerful tool to carry out deep seafloor geological science,mineral resources exploration and engineering geological survey.Firstly,the hard landing of a seafloor drill was chosen as the study object,and the mechanical model of seafloor bottom characteristic and the dynamic model of deep seafloor drill in seafloor.Then,based on“Hainiu”seafloor drill,the seafloor drill\s change rule of the invasion depth and acting force was calculated and analysed by MATLAB,and the invasion depth and acting force were analysed by drill weight,drop height,bottom sediment stiffness and bottom sediment damping.The analysis results show that as the increasing of drill weight and drop height,the invasion depth and acting force of the seafloor will increase.As the increasing of bottom sediment damping,the invasion depth and acting force of the seafloor will decrease.As the increasing of bottom sediment stiffness,the invasion depth will decrease rapidly then going to stabilize and get close to 0,while the acting force will increase rapidly and then increase linearly.
