摘要
良好的医患沟通技能,是小儿内科住院医师教学培训中的重点与难点。教研室对儿科住院医师规范化的医患沟通内容做了系统培训。理论培训内容包括医疗相关法律法规、医院医疗制度、医患矛盾典型案例等。标准化病人及教学模型实践培训中设置三种不同临床案例场景进行模拟练习反馈。采用专门的儿科住院医师沟通考核量表对教学结果进行评估。培训结果反馈中,住院医师自身评价反馈对课程设置较为满意,对入科后的临床工作帮助很大。各专业住院医师规范化培训的负责主任反馈意见指出,住院医师临床沟通能力明显提高。培训取得了较为满意的结果。
Good communication skills between doctors and patients are the key and difficult points in the teaching and training of pediatric residents.Our teaching office has made systematic training on standardized communication.Theoretical training contents include medical laws and regulations,hospital regulations,and typical cases of doctor-patient conflicts,etc.Three different clinical case scenarios are set up with using of the standardized patient and teaching model practice training for simulation exercise feedback.The teaching results are evaluated with the special pediatric resident communication assessment scale.In the feedback of training results,the residents'self-evaluation feedback is more satisfied with the curriculum,which is very helpful to the clinical practice.According to the feedback of the director in charge of the standardized training in various specialties,the clinical communication ability of the inpatients has been improved significantly.The training has achieved satisfactory results.
