摘要
在考虑起重机主梁和钢丝绳的柔性基础上对桥式起重机的性能进行数值仿真研究。利用SolidWorks建立桥机的各部件并进行装配;用ANSYS建立起重机主梁的模态中性文件,将其导入ADAMS中替代刚性主梁;利用ADAMS/Cable模块建立钢丝绳模型。对起重机各部件添加约束、接触关系和驱动后,形成起重机刚柔耦合模型,然后进行典型工况的数值仿真。仿真研究的结果可以为起重机的设计及性能评估提供参考,从而提高设计质量和效率。
On the basis of considering the flexibility of crane main girder and wire rope,the performance of bridge crane is studied by numerical simulation.Use SolidWorks to build and assemble the components of the bridge machine;use ANSYS to build the modal neutral file of the crane main beam and introduce it into the ADAMS instead of the rigid main beam;use the ADAMS/Cable module to build the wire rope model.After adding constraints,contact relationships and driving to the crane components,the rigid-flexible coupling model of the crane is formed,and then the numerical simulation of typical working conditions is carried out.The results of simulation study can provide a reference for the design and performance evaluation of the crane to improve the quality and efficiency of the design.
