摘要
利用SIMPACK多体动力学软件建立某高速动车组拖车模型,研究抗蛇行减振器横向、垂向倾斜角度对该拖车模型非线性临界速度、直线轨道上的动力学性能及曲线通过能力的影响。研究结果表明:抗蛇行减振器横向倾斜角度的存在会恶化车辆的运行性能,尤其是车辆稳定性和横向平稳性,过大的横向倾斜角度会导致车辆系统动力学性能急剧下降,应尽可能减小其横向倾斜角度;抗蛇行减振器垂向倾斜角度对各项动力学性能指标影响相对较小,可在垂向适当倾斜。
A high-speed EMU trailer model was built using SIMPACK multi-body dynamics software.The effects of the lateral and vertical inclination angles of the anti-snake damper on the nonlinear critical speed of the trailer model,the dynamic performance on the linear orbit and the curve passing ability are studied.The results show that the presence of the lateral tilt angle of the anti-snake damper will deteriorate the vehicle's running performance,especially the stability and lateral stability of the vehicle.And excessive lateral tilt angles can cause a drastic drop in vehicle system dynamics and should be minimized.The vertical inclination angle of the anti-snake damper has a relatively small influence on various dynamic performance indexes,and can be appropriately inclined in the vertical direction.
