摘要
为了实现金属丝在自动化工业生产中的连续矫直,选取平行辊式矫直中逐步减小曲率的方法,确定了辊式矫直机的基本形式,设计出关键零部件的功能与外形结构。基于金属铝丝与矫直设备在成型过程中的弹塑性与弯曲变形假设,分析矫直成型中金属丝材料弯曲变形与曲率、压力之间的关系。根据矫直机理选择影响质量的关键结构参数进行试验,对关键结构参数进行设计与计算,得出压下量的基本分布规律,总结出合理的设计流程。
In order to realize the continuous straightening of the wire in the automation industry,the method of gradually reducing the curvature in the parallel roll straightening is selected,the basic form of the roller straightening machine is determined,and the function and shape structure of the key components are designed.Based on the assumption of elastoplasticity and bending deformation of metal aluminum wire and straightening equipment during the forming process,the relationship between the bending deformation of the wire material and the curvature and pressure in the straightening forming is analyzed.According to the straightening mechanism,the key structural parameters affecting the quality are selected for testing.The key structural parameters are designed and calculated,and the basic distribution law of the pressing amount is obtained,and a reasonable design flow is summarized.
