摘要 使用CAD软件建立曲轴模型后导入ABAQUS中进行曲轴模态分析。通过对曲轴施加约束载荷进行仿真分析,得到曲轴的固有频率和模态振型。将网格节点的变形位移和模态振型结合起来,精确分析曲轴每阶模态的振动形态。分析结果表明:网格节点的位移分析对优化曲轴的振动变形是一种有效方法。 The crankshaft model was established with CAD software and imported into ABAQUS for crankshaft modal analysis.The natural frequency and mode shape of the crankshaft are obtained by simulation analysis of the applied load on the crankshaft.The deformation displacement of the mesh node and the mode shape are combined to accurately analyze the vibration mode of each mode of the crankshaft.The analysis results show that the displacement analysis of grid nodes is an effective method to optimize the vibration deformation of crankshaft.
