LED汽车前照灯热流场数值模拟分析

摘要 通过对某款LED汽车前照灯进行温度场和流场分析,研究汽车前照灯的组成结构及创建网格的前处理建模方法,采用ANSA软件划分三角形四面体单元网格,应用Fluent软件进行求解。由分析结果可知:LED前照灯最高温度在芯片部位,最高温度为68.7℃,远小于芯片最大允许温度150℃;低温区域位于车灯内部下方,为环境温度;前大灯内部存在空气流动,最高速度为0.194 m/s,满足设计要求。 Through the analysis of temperature field and flow field of a certain LED car headlight,the composition structure of the car headlight and the pre-processing modeling method of creating the grid are studied.The triangle tetrahedral element mesh is divided by ANSA software,and the Fluent software is applied.Solving,the analysis results show that the maximum temperature of the LED headlamp is at the chip part,the maximum temperature is 68.7℃,which is much smaller than the maximum operating temperature(junction temperature)of the chip is 150℃,and the low temperature area is located below the interior of the lamp,which is the ambient temperature.The air flow is present inside the headlight,and the maximum speed is 0.194 m/s.Meet the design requirements.
