摘要
针对SLM成型设备机架重量大、搬运时易断裂等问题,对成型室支架设计了两种预选方案。在不同倾角下对两种方案进行静力学分析,得到了成型室支架的最大应力和最大形变与倾角呈线性关系,并根据分析结果选定方案一。对底板进行形状优化分析,切除所受应力较小的两个矩形区域,研究了切除长度、底板厚度对底板所受最大应力、底板质量的影响,确定了最优的切除长度与厚度,有效地减轻了底板的质量。对叉车搬运工况下的底板进行了校核,结果符合强度要求。
In view of SLM molding equipment rack weight is large,easy to break during handling,two kinds of pre-selection schemes are designed for molding room support.The static analysis of the two schemes under different tilt angles shows the linear relationship between the maximum stress and the maximum deformation of the molding room support and tilt angle,and according to the analysis results,the scheme 1 is selected.The shape optimization analysis of the bottom plate was carried out to remove the two rectangular areas with less stress,the influences of the cutting length and the thickness of the bottom plate on the maximum stress of the bottom plate and the quality of the bottom plate were studied,and the optimal cutting length and thickness were determined to effectively reduce the mass of the bottom plate.The bottom plate under the forklift handling condition was checked and the results met the strength requirements.
