摘要
现有的锻造自动化生产线中喷脱模剂装置上的喷雾头都是固定安装的,只能定点喷涂,喷涂范围小,而且喷涂不均匀,喷涂效果差,影响工件脱模。为解决上述问题,研究设计了一款新型的连续旋转式喷脱模剂装置,喷雾头可以绕模腔中心线连续旋转数圈,喷涂范围、时间、速度可调,整个模腔表面喷涂的脱模剂分布均匀,厚度一致,喷涂效果远超现有的固定式喷脱模剂装置,并且结构简单、成本低、稳定可靠,适合在锻造自动化生产线上大范围推广应用。
The spray heads on the existing forging automatic production line spraying release agent device are fixedly installed,and can only be fixed-point spraying,the spraying range is small,and the spraying is uneven,and the spraying effect is poor,which affects the demolding of the workpiece.In order to solve the above problems,a new type of continuous rotary spray release agent device was designed and designed.The spray head of the device can be continuously rotated several times around the center line of the cavity,the spraying range,time and speed are adjustable,and the release agent sprayed on the surface of the entire cavity is evenly distributed and the thickness is uniform.The spraying effect far exceeds the existing fixed spray release agent device,and the structure is simple,the cost is low,stable and reliable,and is suitable for wide-scale promotion in the forging automatic production line.
