镀锌钢管自动码捆成型系统设计

摘要 针对某钢管厂镀锌钢管码捆成型生产线进行技术改造,摆脱原生产线依赖人工、钢管品质不稳定等问题。根据生产线流程确定了系统方案,对钢管的成捆条件、计数拨盘、气缸、电磁吊、成型输送滚轴等结构进行了设计。通过对设备现场运行情况分析,改造后的钢管自动码捆成型系统运行稳定,满足镀锌钢管生产节拍需求。 Technical transformation was carried out on the galvanized steel pipe palletizing and bundle forming production line of a steel pipe plant,which solved the problems that the original production line relied on labor and the quality of the steel pipe was unstable.The system plan was determined according to the production line process,and some structures were designed,such as bundle conditions of steel pipes,counting dials,cylinders,electromagnetic cranes,and forming conveyor rollers.Through the analysis of the on-site operation of the equipment,the modified automatic steel pipe palletizing and bundle system runs stably,meeting the tempo needs of galvanized steel pipe production.
