摘要 对盘形齿轮铣刀和齿轮的廓形进行理论分析,依据理论求解渐开线齿形的具体计算方程,并且在齿形计算过程中加入了对齿顶圆弧、齿顶直线角度、留磨量等的计算要求。对实际中所用的几种典型加工方法进行了详细说明以及对比分析,并利用SolidWorks和VB软件编制了盘形齿轮铣刀三维建模和齿形对比系统。 The theoretical analysis of the profile of the disc gear milling cutter and the gear is carried out,and the specific calculation equation of the involute tooth profile is solved according to the theory.In the tooth shape calculation process,the calculation requirements for the circular arc of the tooth tip,the straight angle of the tooth tip,and the amount of retained grinding were added.Several typical processing methods used in the actual situation were described in detail,and comparative analysis was made separately.The 3D modeling and tooth profile comparison system of the disc gear milling cutter was developed by using SolidWorks and VB software.
