摘要
针对目前运载火箭卫星整流罩设计种类多、生产批量小的特点,开展整流罩柔性装配技术研究。采用柔性铆接装配型架,实现不同直径、不同长度的整流罩各部段装配;采用柔性制孔工装,保证整流罩各部段协调对接。
Aiming at the characteristics of the current launch vehicle rocket satellite fairings with many types and small production batches,the research on flexible assembly technology of fairings is carried out.The flexible riveting assembly frame is used to realize the assembly of the various sections of the fairings of different diameters and lengths;the flexible hole-making tooling is adopted to ensure the coordinated docking of the sections of the fairing.
