摘要 针对目前桥式起重机仍然以人工现场操作为主要方式,危险性高且不适应逐渐信息化生产方式的情况,通过对已有的起重机智能控制系统进行研究,提出了一种用于桥式起重机的智能远程监控系统,实现起重机的远程监测、在线控制、路径规划、自主运行等功能。智能远程监控系统采用模块化设计,共分为用户层、控制层、执行层三部分,用户层实现与用户的交互和数据存储;控制层完成路径规划、自动控制、远程通信等功能;执行层则实现对起重设备的运动控制和相关数据采集。 At present,bridge cranes still use manual on-site operation as the main mode,which is highly dangerous and does not adapt to the gradual information production mode.Aiming at this situation,through the research of the existing intelligent control system of crane,an intelligent remote monitoring system for bridge crane is proposed to realize the functions of remote monitoring,online control,path planning and autonomous operation of the crane.The intelligent remote monitoring system adopts modular design and is divided into three parts:user layer,control layer and execution layer.The user layer implements interaction with the user and data storage;the control layer performs functions such as path planning,automatic control,and remote communication;and the execution layer implements motion control and related data collection for the lifting device.
