摘要
为了有效地提高复杂曲面图案雕刻的质量,探讨了采用UG软件在数控加工中心上实现复杂曲面图案雕刻的方法。利用建模模块进行零件模型设计,并根据加工零件特点进行数控加工工艺分析;接着使用NC模块实现复杂曲面图案雕刻的自动编程。该方法实际应用效果很好,提高了曲面图案雕刻的精度和效率。
In order to improve the quality of pattern carving on complex surface effectively,the method of using UG software to realize pattern carving on complex surface in NC machining center is discussed.The part model is designed by using the modeling module,and the NC machining process is analyzed according to the characteristics of the parts.Then the NC module is used to realize the automatic programming of the pattern carving of complex curved surface.The practical application of this method is very good,and it improves the accuracy and efficiency of surface pattern carving.
