摘要
针对架桥机安全施工作业要求,从实际出发设计了一种天车行程安全监控装置。利用可编程逻辑控制技术、编码器技术、人机交互技术、CAN总线通信技术、数据记录查询等实现了天车行程监控的数字化和行程预警的自动化、智能化。该装置目前应用在TLJ900t架桥机上,应用结果表明:施工过程中该装置减轻了操作人员及监护人员的精神压力,保证了施工安全,节约了人力资源。
Aiming at the safety construction requirements of the bridge machine,travel safety monitoring device for bridge crane was designed from the actual situation.Using programmable logic control technology,encoder technology,human-computer interaction technology,CAN bus communication technology,data record query,etc.,the digitalization of the crane travel monitoring is realized,and the travel warning is automated and intelligent.The device is currently applied to the TLJ900t bridge machine.The application results show that the device reduces the mental pressure of the operators and guardians during the construction process,ensuring construction safety and saving human resources.
