摘要
从现有的零件修复技术着手,将逆向工程中表面数据采集技术与后处理技术引入到模具零件逆向设计中,结合逆向设计软件Geomagic对模具零件进行实体重构与偏差检测。结果表明:逆向技术作为零件反求设计的一种技术手段,可便捷提取零件的关键特征曲线,快速建模,缩短产品的逆向设计时间,为模具零件的逆向设计提供了一种新的思路与解决方案。
Starting from the existing parts repair technology,surface data acquisition technology and post-processing technology in reverse engineering are introduced into the reverse design of die parts.Combining the reverse design software Geomagic,the entity reconstruction and deviation detection of mould parts are carried out.The results show that reverse technology,as a technical means of reverse design of parts,can easily extract the key characteristic curve of parts,quickly model,shorten the reverse design time of products,and provide a new idea and solution for reverse design of die parts.
