The efficiency and positioning accuracy of high-end equipment is determined by the reliability and positioning accuracy of ball screw feed system directly.This paper reviews the research progress in the field of statics,kinematics,dynamics,and bonding sites of ball screws in the academic world.It is pointed out that the theoretical research on the ball screw pair is not deep enough at this stage.Provide reference for the reliability research of the ball screw pair in the future.
