煤矿安全管理中行为安全理论的运用探究

Exploration on the Application of Behavior Safety Theory in Coal Mine Safety Management

煤矿生产系安全事故的多发领域,尽管事故原因多种多样,但根据调查统计可知,由相关人员的不安全行为因素所引发的事故数量占很大比例。因此,行为安全管理对现代煤矿企业的重要性不言而喻。目前,日趋成熟的安全理论在煤矿安全管理中有着突出的应用效果,有效降低了煤矿事故的发生概率。论文基于行为安全理论,就行为安全管理同煤矿生产管理的融合应用展开了探讨,以期对煤矿安全生产水平的提升有所裨益。

Coal mine production is a frequent area of safety accidents.Although the causes of accidents are various,according to the investigation and statistics,the number of accidents caused by unsafe behavior factors of relevant personnel accounts for a large proportion.Therefore,the importance of behavior safetymanagement to modern coal enterprises is self-evident.At present,the increasingly mature safety theory has outstanding application effect in coal mine safetymanagement,effectively reducing the probability of coal mine accidents.Based on the behavior safety theory,this paper discusses the application of the integration of behavior safety management and coal mine production management,so as to improve the level of coal mine production safety.
