摘要
随着社会经济的不断发展和经济全球化的不断推进,企业面临着愈发激烈的市场竞争。企业要想获得更加稳定和健康的发展,必须要加强对人力资源的重视,明确人力资源的作用和价值,加强对高水平和专业人才的引入,从而为企业的发展提供源源不断的动力。论文主要针对激励机制在人力资源管理中的作用和价值进行了探究。
With the continuous development of social economy and the continuous advance of economic globalization,enterprises are facing increasingly fierce market competition.In order to achieve more stable and healthy development,enterprises must paymore attention to human resources,clarify the role and value of human resources,and strengthen the introduction of high-level and professional talents,so as to provide continuous power for the development of enterprises.The paper mainly explores the role and value of incentive mechanism in human resourcesmanagement.
