浅谈乡镇卫生院财务管理现状及创新

Discussion on the Current Situation and Innovation of Financial Management in Township Hospitals

国家及相关部门对乡镇卫生院的服务工作,尤其是财务管理工作提出了更多、更高的要求,以确保满足农民的基本生活需要。但是在乡镇卫生院财务管理工作开展过程中,出现了很多迫切需要解决的问题。论文主要对乡镇卫生院财务管理现状进行分析,发现其中的问题,并提出一些具有针对性的创新策略,以期为我国乡镇卫生院财务管理工作的开展提供一定的帮助。

China and relevant departments put forward more and higher requirements for the service work of township hospitals,especially for the financial management work,so as to ensure that the basic living needs of farmers are met.However,in the process of the development of financial management in township hospitals,there are many urgent problems to be solved.This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of financial management work of township hospitals,finds out the problems,and puts forward some innovative strategies,so as to provide some help for the development of financialmanagement work in township hospitals in China.
