随着我国医疗制度的不断发展完善以及市场环境的不断变化,给医院的财务管理工作带来发展机遇同时也带来了一定的挑战,要想在激烈的竞争中,医院行业占据发展优势,就要不断创新财务管理工作,提高其综合实力,来适应社会发展对医院财务管理工作方面所提出的要求。基于此,论文简要分析了医院财务管理面临的问题及对策。

With the continuous development of China's health care system and the changing of market environment,the development opportunities brought to the hospital financial management work at the same time also brought some challenges.If the hospital industry wants to occupy the development advantage in the intense competition,it must innovate the financial management work unceasingly,improve its comprehensive strength,so as to adapt to the requirement of social development to hospital financial management.Based on this,the paper briefly analyzes the problems faced by hospital financial management and countermeasures.
