Mergers and acquisitions activity between enterprises is not just a simple asset merger,but an economic activity involving many aspects,which has many risk factors.Based on the relevant research results,this paper briefly analyzes and discusses the financial risks in mergers and acquisitions of enterprises,and puts forward targeted preventive countermeasures,so as to provide theoretical reference for the relevant insiders.
