摘要
在改革“再出发”形势下,通过研究薪酬激励管理面临的最新形势和任务,分析了薪酬管理存在的主要问题,提出精准薪酬分配激励、完善薪酬分配机制、提升规范管理水平等加强薪酬激励机制建设的对策。
Under the situation of"starting again"in the reform,by studying the latest situation and task of salary incentive management,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in salary management,and puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the construction of salary incentive mechanism,such as accurate salary distribution incentive,improving salary distribution mechanism,and improving the standardmanagement level.
