The advantages of nuclear belt weigher include no contact with measuring objects,easy maintenance,small occupied space,convenient installation,reasonable size,etc.With these advantages,nuclear belt weigher is widely used in tobacco production link.However,due to the different moisture content and shape of tobacco materials,the accuracy of measurement is affected to a certain extent,which is easy to cause measurement errors.Therefore,we must pay enough attention to it.In order to ensure the accuracy of nuclear belt weigher measurement,this paper analyzes and studies the errors and countermeasures of nuclear belt weigher used in tobacco industry,so as to provide theoretical reference for relevant staff and units.
