How Can Public Library Services Be Effectively Supplied——Based on the Perspective of Supply and Demand Coordination

文章基于供给侧结构性改革的背景,从供需协调的视角探讨公共图书馆服务有效供给的基本表征,构建公共图书馆供需耦合协调度模型,探讨了中国31个省、市、自治区的公共图书馆服务供给与需求的情况和特点。最后,根据实证结果,从供给侧、需求侧以及供需协调三个层面分析了公共图书馆服务供需匹配的区域差异性及存在的问题,探索了公共图书馆实现有效供给的策略与路径。

Based on the background of structural reform of supply side, the paper discusses the basic representation of the effective supply of public library services from the perspective of supply and demand coordination, builds the coupling coordination degree model of supply and demand,and discusses the situation and characteristics of the supply and demand of public library services in 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China. Finally, according to the empirical results, the paper analyzes the regional differences and existing problems of supply and demand matching in public library services from aspects of supply side, demand side and supply and demand coordination, as well as explores the strategies and paths for public libraries to achieve effective supply.
