Smart Planning and Cross Regional Interaction:Dilemma and Planning Response of Regional Green Space Protection

区域绿地资源是重要的自然生态资源,也是区域人居环境的核心组成部分。现有区域绿地资源因城市群发展惯性的推动,存在绿带断裂、绿斑破碎和绿楔被蚕食等现象,相关理论研究与技术应用相对陈旧,"跨域联动"的绿地资源保护方法体系亟待构建,绿地精准调控与规划实施反馈机制急需完善。文章以区域绿地资源保护与城市群发展的耦合适应研究为突破,以长株潭城市群绿地资源为研究对象,构建基于区域生态环境分析与精细化规划成果动态校正的绿地资源保护技术体系,提出长株潭城市群绿地资源联合保护的优化策略。

Regional green space is an important natural and ecological resource,and a key component of regional human living environment.Present green space has problems of breakage,fragmentation,and encroachment.It is imperative to establish a cross regional green space protection system.With the adaptation and coupling between green space protection and urban agglomeration development as a target,the paper establishes a green space protection technical system based on regional ecological environment analysis and dynamic verification of detailed plans,and puts forwards improvement strategies of green space protection in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration.
