消费者食品农药残留风险感知影响因素研究 被引量:6

摘要 社会公众的食品安全风险感知度不仅关乎公众食品安全满意度,也影响着社会公众对政府与社会的信任及对政府绩效的评价。现有研究主要聚焦于转基因食品与食品添加剂风险感知,关于农药残留风险感知的研究大多以农户为研究对象,对消费者农药残留风险感知研究还比较缺乏。基于相关文献述评与理论分析,构建了消费者食品农药残留风险感知影响因素的理论假设模型,依据对甘肃省兰州市分层随机抽取的385个市民的调查数据,采用logistic回归模型分析了消费者对食品农药残留风险感知的主要影响因素。研究发现,在选取的四类自变量中,政府规制与风险特征是影响消费者风险感知的主要因素,人口统计变量中年龄与学历的影响存在组别差异。基于此,政府应进一步完善食品农药残留相关标准与制度体系,加大对违法行为的打击力度,推进食品农药残留信息发布,加强消费者风险科学素养教育。 Public risk perception for food safety is related to public satisfaction,which also affects public trust in government and society and public evaluation of government performance. Existing research focus on GM foods and food additives,many studies on risk perception for pesticide residues focus on farmers,these lead to a lack of research on consumer risk perception for pesticide residues in food. Refer to the psychometric paradigm of risk perception,in view of pesticide residues characteristics and the status quo of government governance,this study presents a theoretical model of influences on the consumer risk perception. Based on the survey of 385 citizens randomly selected in Lanzhou,the province of Gansu,using logistic regression model analyzed the main factors of the consumer risk perception for pesticide residue in food. It is found that government regulation and risk characteristics are the main factors,the demographic characteristics of age and education varies by group. Based on this,government regulators should strengthen punishment for illegal activities,make full use of new media to open food safety information through various channels,targeted publicity and education food safety knowledge.
