摘要
为了研究在不同条件下形成的火旋风特性,应用"正六边形柱体+狭缝"火旋风实验平台开展完善和不完善条件下火旋风的特性研究。测试火旋风上部、中部和下部的温度变化过程,对比了两种条件下,不同燃料在不同尺寸的油盘中燃烧形成火旋风的温度峰值、温度波动标准差值和燃烧时间。结果表明:实验条件越完善,形成的火旋风越稳定;相同质量条件下,不同燃料的燃烧时间为:工业酒精>柴油>煤油>汽油;温度稳定性为:汽油>煤油>柴油>工业酒精;随着火源尺寸减小,燃料燃烧时间变长,火旋风的稳定性变差,沿着火焰竖直方向不同高度上的温差增大。
In order to study the characteristics of fire whirlwind under different conditions, study on the characteristics of fire whirlwind under perfect and imperfect conditions was carried out by using "hexagonal cylinder+slit" fire whirlwind experimental platform.Temperature changes in the upper, middle and lower parts of a fire whirlwind were tested, and the peak temperature, standard deviation of temperature fluctuation and combustion time of fire whirlwind formed by combustion of different fuels in oil pans of different sizes under two different conditions were compared.The results showed that the more perfect the experimental conditions are, the more stable the fire whirlwind will be. Under the same quality condition, the combustion time of different fuels meets the following order:industrial alcohol> diesel > kerosene > gasoline;Temperature stability meets the following order: gasoline >kerosene >diesel > industrial alcohol. As the size of the fire source decreases,the fuel burning time becomes longer, and the stability of the fire whirlwind becomes worse, and the temperature difference at different heights along the vertical direction of the flame increases.
