摘要
选用考虑再生粗骨料取代率影响的再生混凝土热工参数和热-力本构关系,采用ABAQUS软件建立了ISO 834标准火灾作用下圆套圆中空夹层钢管再生混凝土柱有限元模型。基于此模型,对比了不同再生粗骨料取代率下截面温度场分布,并分析了取代率、荷载比、空心率、钢材强度、内钢管厚度和混凝土强度等参数对构件耐火极限的影响。研究结果表明:随着取代率增大,构件截面温度普遍下降,耐火极限先减小后增大;随着空心率増大,耐火极限増加;提高外钢管屈服强度,构件耐火极限下降显著;内钢管屈服强度、内钢管厚度和混凝土强度对构件的耐火极限没有明显影响。
A finite element model of recycled concrete filled double skin steel tubular columns was established under the ISO 834 condition, considering the effects of recycled aggregate replacement on the thermal parameters and thermal-mechanical relationship of recycled concrete. Based on this model, the distribution of crosssection temperature field with different recycled aggregate replacement was compared with each other, and the effects of replacement rate, load ratio, hollow ratio, steel tube strength, inner steel tube thickness and concrete strength on the fire resistance of members were studied. The results showed that with the increase of recycled aggregate replacement, the temperature of cross section generally decreased,and the fire resistance first decreased and then increased;the larger the hollow ratio, the longer the fire resistance;with the increasing of the outer steel tube strength, the fire resistance obviously decreased;the effects of the inner steel tube strength, inner steel tube thickness and concrete strength on the fire resistance were insignificant.
