摘要
为分析水成膜泡沫灭火剂对土壤环境造成的影响,将水成膜泡沫灭火剂中的主要化学成分(烷基糖苷、十二烷基硫酸钠、二乙二醇单丁醚)按占比喷洒到土壤上,测定土壤的理化性质随时间的变化。利用平板计数法测定土壤样品的微生物数量随时间的变化。以荧光素二乙酸酯为反应底物,用荧光光度法测定土壤样品的微生物活性。结果表明,试验前期土壤样品中微生物数量和微生物活性值会有明显变化;6 d以后,土壤样品中微生物值均在空白对照组的周围波动。水成膜泡沫灭火剂的主要成分对土壤微生物的影响逐渐减小,总体上不会对土壤环境造成风险。
In order to analyze the influence of water film forming foam extinguishing agent on soil environment, the main chemical components(alkyl polyglycoside, sodium dodecyl sulfate, diethylene glycol monobutyl ether) of the aqueous film-forming foam fire extinguishing agent were sprayed onto the soil as certain percentage, then the changes of soil physical and chemical properties with time were measured. The number of microorganisms in the soil sample changed with time was determined by plate counting method. The microbial activity of soil samples was tested by fluorescence spectrophotometry with fluorescein diacetate as the reaction substrate.The results showed that the microbial quantity and microbial activity value of the soil samples in the early stage of the experiment will change significantly. After 6 days, the microbial values in the soil samples fluctuated around the blank control group. The influenceof main components of the aqueous film-forming foam fire extinguishing agent on soil microorganisms gradually decreases, and generally do not pose a risk to the soil environment.
