中国外向型代工企业当前逆境研究——基于逆全球化新特点视角

Research on Current Adversity of China’s Export-oriented OEMs——Based on the New Characteristics of Reverse Globalization

在经济全球化中,利益诉求没有得到满足的部分发达国家中产和草根阶层首先在各自国内掀起了反全球化浪潮,但这股浪潮目前已经显露出转由政府层面来推动、具有一定政治化倾向的新特点。全球多边贸易、投资规则和治理机制正在被双边或区域性多边自由贸易协定所瓦解,跨国公司开始对产业国际梯度转移和全球产业链、价值链进行重新架构。研究发现,在逆全球化由政府主导的新特点下,中国出口代工企业不但要面对海外订单减少造成的安全边际下降和组织机构治理失误造成的被低端锁定,还要面对国外订单压价与国内生产成本上升形成的剪刀差。此外,海外投资环境不佳也使中国代工企业向外迁徙举步维艰。只有加强政府引导和企业充分发挥市场机制作用,才能助力我国外向型代工企业突破当前逆经济全球化新特点下的经营逆境。

In economic globalization,some developed countries and grassroots groups whose interests have not been satisfied first set off a wave of anti-globalization in their own countries.However,this wave has already been re vealed to be promoted by the government level and has new features with a certain politicization tendency.Global multilateral trade,investment rules and governance mechanisms are being dismantled by bilateral or regional multi lateral free trade agreements,and multinational corporations are beginning to restructure the industry's international gradient transfer,global industrial chain and value chain.The study finds that under the new characteristics of antiglobalization led by the government,China’s export OEMs not only have to face the marginal decline caused by the reduction of overseas orders and the low-end lock caused by organizational governance mistakes,but also faces the difference in scissors formed by the increase in foreign orders and the increase in domestic production costs.In addi tion,the poor overseas investment environment has also made it difficult for Chinese OEMs to migrate abroad.Only by strengthening the government's guidance and giving full play to the role of the market mechanism can we help for eign-oriented OEMs to break through the current business adversity under the new characteristics of economic glo balization.
