甘氨酸辅助微波固相合成四方相钛酸钡 被引量:2

Glycine-assisted microwave solid phase synthesis of tetragonal barium titanate

摘要 以BaCO3、TiO2为原料,甘氨酸为添加剂,采用微波固相合成法制备了BaTiO3粉体,通过XRD、Raman、FTIR、SEM等手段对样品进行了表征与分析。结果表明,甘氨酸可以有效降低BaCO3分解温度,促进BaTiO3在较低温度合成,经900℃微波固相合成60 min,制备了粒径约为390 nm、粒度分布均匀且具有良好分散性的四方相BaTiO3粉体。 BaTiO3 and TiO2 were used as raw materials,and glycine was used as additive to synthesize BaTiO3 powder by microwave solid state method.The samples were characterized and analyzed by XRD,Raman,FT-IR and SEM.The results show that glycine could effectively reduce the decomposition temperature of BaCO3 and promote the synthesis of barium titanate at lower temperature.The tetragonal BaTiO3 powders with average particle size of^390 nm,uniform size distribution and good dispersion were prepared by microwave solid state synthesis at 900℃after 60 min.
