摘要 齿轮齿条在工程应用中具有广泛的应用,通常使用重合度作为衡量齿轮齿条承载能力和传动平稳性的指标。但由于制造工艺或载荷等原因,齿条可能会发生弯曲变形,弯曲后齿轮齿条的重合度难以计算。基于齿条不同方向弯曲模型,分别得出齿条在沿齿向弯曲、沿齿背方向弯曲和沿齿侧方向弯曲的重合度计算公式,并进一步推导出复合弯曲条件下的齿条重合度计算公式。针对一种型号的齿轮齿条钻机进行实例分析,研究齿条在各方向上弯曲不同角度后的齿轮齿条重合度曲线,结果表明:齿条不同方向的弯曲角度对齿轮齿条啮合的影响程度各不相同,可得齿背方向弯曲对啮合的影响最为显著。 Rack and pinion have a wide range of applications in engineering applications.The contact ratio is often used as an indicator of gear rack load capacity and transmission stability.However,due to manufacturing processes or loads,the rack may be bent and deformed,the calculation of the contact ratio of the rack and pinion after bending is difficult.Based on the bending model of the rack in different directions,the calculation formulas of the contact ratio of the rack bending in the tooth direction,bending in the tooth back direction and bending in the tooth side direction are respectively derived,and the calculation formula of the rack coincidence degree under the compound bending condition is further derived.For a model of rack and pinion drilling rig,an example analysis is carried out to study the rack and pinion coincidence curve of the rack after bending the different angles in all directions.The results show that different bending angles of racks have different effects on the meshing of racks and gears,and it can be concluded that the backside bending has the most significant effect on the meshing of racks and gears.
