摘要
针对永磁同步电机定子绕组在线温度估计策略与信号注入的优化展开研究,分析电机的电气、机械与热特性等参数以及负载在信号注入下对温度估计精度和输出转矩脉动的影响,提出直流电压注入法3要素(信号注入大小、持续注入时长、注入时间间隔)的优化设定策略,以及提出由频率自适应陷波器和低通滤波器组成的实时信号处理模型以提高估计精度,实现准确温度观测的同时降低信号注入对电机运行性能的影响。在不同工况下的研究结果验证了理论分析的正确性与优化策略的有效性,为基于信号注入法的永磁同步电机定子温度在线观测在工程上的应用提供了指导。
Optimization of the on-line temperature estimation strategy and signal injection of the stator winding of permanent magnet synchronous motor was carried out.The influences of the electrical,mechanical and thermal characteristics of the motor and the load on the temperature estimation accuracy and output torque ripple were analyzed.The optimal setting strategy of the three elements of DC voltage injection(signal injection size,continuous injection duration,injection time interval),and real-time signal processing model consisting of frequency adaptive notch filter and low-pass filter was proposed to improve estimation accuracy and accurate temperature observation was achieved while reducing the impact of signal injection on motor performance.The research results under different working conditions verify correctness of the theoretical analysis and effectiveness of the optimization strategy.It provides guidance for the engineering application of permanent magnet synchronous motor stator temperature based on signal injection method.
