Tea was a kind of commodity and food. It had high demand of quality and sanitation. Planting management and processing technology of tea had always been a concern of people,how to improve the production of tea was of great importance. In this paper, the development history of tea was introduced, the tea planting management methods and processing technology of tea were discussed so as to provide reference for the relevant people.
