摘要
健全农业社会化服务体系,实现小农户和现代农业的有机衔接是乡村振兴战略的重要内容,随着土地流转型规模经营的发展遭遇瓶颈,农业社会化服务的作用越来越受重视。本文通过对河南省和云南省的农业社会化服务的组织管理进行对比分析,研究两省在要素禀赋、发展定位和战略地位方面的差异性,以期为双方的发展提供一些参考,也为其省份的发展提供借鉴。
Improving the socialized service system of agriculture and realizing the organic connection between small farmers and modern agriculture were an important content of rural revitalization strategy. Along with the land flow transformation scale management development encounters the bottleneck, the role of socialized service of agriculture had caused more and more attention.Through the comparative analysis of the organization and management of agricultural socialization services in Henan and Yunnan provinces, this paper studied the differences between the two provinces in the aspects of factor endowment, development orientation and strategic position, hoping to provide some references for the development of both sides and the development of other provinces.
