随着我国经济的迅速发展,水利工程建设项目的规模越来越大,然而想要保证水利工程的作用最大化,就必须在实际建设过程中,对工程项目的质量加强管理。基于此,本文围绕水利工程建设项目质量管理进行探析,对管理过程中质量管理存在的问题进行分析,并根据分析结果,提出提高水利工程项目质量管理水平的相关建议和措施。以此为水利工程的健康发展奠定良好的基础。

With the rapid development of our country’s economy, the scale of water Conservancy project was getting bigger and bigger. However, in order to ensure the maximum effect of water Conservancy project, we must strengthen the quality management of the project in the process of actual construction. Based on this, this paper probed into the quality management of water Conservancy projects, analyzed the problems existing in the process of quality management, and put forward relevant suggestions and measures to improve the quality management level of water Conservancy projects. This would lay a good foundation for the healthy development of water Conservancy projects.
