在乡村振兴视野下,新型职业农民培育一直是"三农"领域中的重点和难点。运用文献研究法,归纳我国各领域专家学者关于新型职业农民的界定、分析职业农民培育中的问题并提出对策,结合国内外关于新型职业农民培育的研究进行归纳综述,以期能不断完善河南新型职业农民培育体系,并以此为基础探索具有河南特色的新型职业农民培育方向。

From the perspective of rural revitalization, the cultivation of new professional farmers had always been the focus and difficulty in the field of "agriculture, countryside and farmers". By using the method of literature research, the definition, problems and Countermeasures of the new-type professional farmers were summarized with the study of new professional farmers in China and abroad in order to continuously improve the cultivation system of the new-type professional farmers in Henan Province and explore the cultivation direction of the new-type professional farmers with Henan characteristics on this basis.
