摘要
采用水分散体TT/ZnO和水溶性广谱抗菌剂HY作为天然胶乳保存剂,探讨其对鲜胶乳、低氨胶乳保存效果及对硫化胶膜老化前后的物理机械性能的影响。结果表明:两种保存体系依据生产实际制定配方比例时,均可应用于鲜胶乳早期保存。两者对低氨胶乳热稳定度、粘度、胶膜老化前后物理机械性能的影响均无较大差异,但HY保存体系对低氨胶乳机械稳定度提升效果的影响明显优于TT/ZnO保存体系。综合考虑,"HY+NH3保存体系"比"TT/ZnO+NH3保存体系"更适合于低氨胶乳生产,是值得推广的创新技术型保存剂。
Taking Water Dispersions TT/ZnO and water-soluble broad-spectrum antimicrobial agent HY as preservation system, the effect of these two preservation systems on the fresh latex, low ammonia latex and the mechanical properties of vulcanizate film before and after aging were investigated. The results showed that two preservation systems could be applied to the early preservation of fresh latex when formulating the proportion according to the actual production.There was no significant difference between the thermal stability, viscosity and physical and mechanical properties of low ammonia latex before and after aging,but the effect of HY preservation system on the mechanical stability of low ammonia latex was better than that of TT/ZnO preservation system. "HY + NH3 preservation system" was more suitable for low ammonia latex production than "TT/ZnO + NH3 preservation system", it was an innovative preservation and worthy of promotion.
