摘要
我国高校毕业生数量逐年增长,就业压力亦逐步增加.如何提高大学生就业率,是高校乃至整个社会关心的热点.为此,以“大众创业,万众创新”的双创方针为指导,以油田注水开发物理模拟实验装置的研发及开放实验应用为主线,从培养学生科学研究和实践创新能力入手,启发和构建学生的自主创业能力.该教学实践优势及特点为:基于工程教育背景,实验真实直观;注重理论联系实际,提高专业素养;综合多样系统设计,提高分析能力;自由配置系统资源,增强研发意识.应用及成效为:展现工业背景,提高学习兴趣;综合设计实验,学生参与其中;专业知识融合,体会课程联系;创新实验内涵,增强产品创新理念.这对于实现培养出知识、能力和素质兼具的高等教育工程人才具有重要作用,增强了高校毕业生自主创业意识,并对最终提高就业率具有重要的实际意义和社会价值.
At present,the number of graduate students from high schools increase year by year,which gradually increases the employment pressure.How to raise the employment rate for so huge college students is a hot spot concerned with the colleges and universities,even all of the society.For this reason,this paper is guided by mass entrepreneurship and innovation,through development physical simulation experimental device of oil-field flooding,to train students science research and practice innovation,stimulate and construct students Independent entrepreneurial ability in experiment.This series of experiments have the advantages and characteristics as follows:they are based on engineering education idea,experiments are real and intuitive.We pay much attention to the relate theory with practice which can increase professionalism,to integrated and diverse system design which can improve analytical ability,to free allocation of system resources which can increase the research and development consciousness.This series of innovative experiments can show the industrial background,improve students’interest in learning.These comprehensive designed experiments give chance for students to participate in it,professional knowledge fusion which can make students experience the link between the courses,innovation experiment connotation which can enhance students construct innovation concept of product.This research and teaching of the physical simulation experimental device play important role in training higher engineering education talents with knowledge,ability and quality.At the same time,they can strengthen college graduates independent entrepreneurship consciousness,and have practical purpose and social value in realizing the ultimate aim of increasing employment rate.
