新型热塑性硫化胶综合实验的教学改革与探讨

Reform and Discussion on Comprehensive Experimental Teaching of Novel Thermoplastic Vulcanizates

通过热塑性硫化胶的综合实验,让学生实践材料合成与制备、成形加工、结构表征、性能测试等材料4要素,掌握橡胶的配合、混炼、硫化曲线测试、动态硫化操作、热塑性硫化胶的模压成形、多相体系的刻蚀及微观结构的表征、热塑性硫化胶的力学性能测试等基本实验技能,激发学生综合运用课堂理论知识.该综合实验课对于学生深入理解橡胶的混炼原理、混炼胶的硫化历程、橡塑体系的熔融共混、动态硫化及形态演变、刻蚀条件的确立、微观结构的表征、力学行为与体系组成的关系具有重要意义,且有助于培养学生的实践能力及创新能力.

The undergraduates could practice the materials synthesis and preparation,materials processing,microstructure characterization and the properties testing of materials by the training of comprehensive experiment of novel thermoplastic vulcanizates;moreover,the undergraduates could master the basic experimental skills of the rubber composition formula,the mixing of rubber preblend,the vulcanization curve testing,the dynamic vulcanization operation,the molding of thermoplastic vulcanizate,the etching of the multiphase blend,the characterization of microstructure and the testing of the mechanical properties of thermoplastic vulcanizates,and the comprehensive experimental teaching could stimulate the comprehension of theoretical knowledge.The experimental course was of great significance for the undergraduates to in-depth understand the mixing principle of rubber preblend,the vulcanization curve of the rubber preblend,the melt blending of rubber preblend and thermoplastic resin,the dynamic vulcanization and morphology evolution of the rubber phase,the determination of etching solution and etching condition,the characterization of microstructures of the prepared blend,and the relationship between mechanical behavior and the blend composition;furthermore,it could help the undergraduates to cultivate the practical and innovation ability.
