“双一流”目标下的高校信息化服务能力提升对策

Countermeasures to Improve the Information Service Ability of Universities under the Goal of “Double First-class”

针对高校信息化现状及存在的校内办事流程繁杂、各类信息重复填报以及教职工信息素养培育工作不到位等服务能力不足的问题,进行深入分析、研究,提出加强顶层设计.由分管信息化的副校长担任CIO,统筹协调工作,通过运用信息化技术加管理的手段,理顺工作流程、构建网上办事大厅,提高服务效率,方便广大师生;通过加强数据治理、构建一表通系统,解决师生填表中各类信息重复填报的问题,用数据精准助力教学管理决策;通过有针对性的加强各类教职工信息素养的培育,推进信息化建设工作更好的开展,从而进一步提升高校信息化服务能力,推动高校“双一流”目标的早日实现.

This paper analyzes the important role of university informatization construction under the goal of"double first-class"from the perspective of policy and practical application.Aiming at the present situation and existing problems of informatization in universities,for example,the complicated school’s business process,repeated filling-in of various types of information,faculty members’information literacy training being not in place and so on.Conducting in-depth analysis and research,it is proposed that top-level design should be strengthened and the vice-president who is in charge of informatization should act as CIO to coordinate the work as a whole.By means of information technology and management,we should straighten out the work flow,construct the online service hall to improve service efficiency and facilitate teachers and students.Through strengthening data management and constructing a form communication system,the problem of repeated filling in all kinds of information between teachers and students can be solved,and teaching management decision-making can be assisted by accurate data.By strengthening the training of information literacy of all kinds of faculty and staff,we can promote the better development of information construction,so as to further enhance the informatization service ability of universities,and promote the early realization of the goal of"double first-class"in universities.
