不同催化体系对氧化芳樟醇合成影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 以双氧水和醋酸酐、冰醋酸、甲酸、草酸4种复合氧化体系,催化芳樟醇合成氧化芳樟醇。研究不同催化体系下,物料摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对合成反应的影响,结果表明,4种催化体系均可用于氧化芳樟醇的制备。通过比较不同催化体系对合成反应的影响,得出醋酐-双氧水是制备氧化芳樟醇的高效催化体系。较优工艺条件是:n(双氧水)∶n(醋酐)∶n(芳樟醇)=1.5∶1.5∶1,反应温度60℃,反应时间3 h。较优工艺条件下,产物中氧化芳樟醇含量59.03%,合成反应产率45.35%。 The linalool oxide was synthesized from linalool catalyzed by four catalytic systems,which were hydrogen peroxide complex with acetic anhydride,glacial acetic acid,formic acid and oxalic acid.The effects of molar ratio,reaction temperature and reaction time on the synthesis of linalool oxide catalyzed by different catalytic systems were studied.The results showed that the four catalytic systems could be used for the synthesis of linalool oxide.Comparing with the effects of different catalytic systems on the reaction,acetic anhydride-hydrogen peroxide is an efficient catalytic system for the preparation of linalool oxide.The optimum conditions are as follows:molar ratio of hydrogen peroxide to linalool was 1.5∶1,molar ratio of aceticanhydride to linalool was 1.5∶1,reaction temperature was 60 ℃,reaction time was 3 h.With the optimum conditions,the content of linalool oxide in the residue was 59.03%,and the yield of the reaction was 45.35%.
