摘要
利用微波-水热技术,在膨胀石墨的表面及孔道内部组装大量的功能化二氧化硅微球,形成新型的复合吸附材料。通过对含有甲基橙和铜离子污水的处理,结果表明,该吸附材料在吸附甲基橙的同时,完成对铜离子的化学键合,这是由于二氧化硅微球表面的大量的巯基能够与铜离子形成稳定的螯合物,并且吸附、螯合作用能够在短时间内完成,通过紫外吸收光谱和原子吸收光谱表征,证明该复合材料能够同时吸附染料污水中的重金属离子与染料分子。
Under microwave-hydrothermal condition,some functionalized silica microspheres were assembled at the surface and internal pore of expanded graphite,and novel composite adsorbent formed.Through treatments of methyl orange and copper ion-containing wastewater,the composite adsorbent showed excellent absorptive properties.Because of the stable bond of copper ions and thiols group at the surface of silica microspheres,the absorption of methyl orange and the chelation reaction of copper ions were completed within several minutes.This novel composite adsorbent could absorb the dye molecular and heavy irons of wastewater at the same time by the characterization of UV-Vis absorption spectra and atomic absorption spectrometry.
