油田注水管线腐蚀结垢成因的药剂控制技术研究 被引量:7

摘要 根据注水管道结垢垢样分析结果,制备出注水用阻垢缓蚀剂、杀菌剂,对药剂腐蚀速率、缓蚀率、阻垢率、杀菌率、配伍性等性能进行室内及现场评价。结果表明,制备的阻垢缓蚀剂和杀菌剂综合性能优异,阻垢缓蚀剂加量在120 mg/L时,腐蚀速率、缓蚀率、阻垢率达到最佳,分别为0.009 mm/a,93.15%,97.88%;杀菌剂加量80 mg/L时,对铁细菌、腐生菌和硫酸盐还原菌的杀灭率均达到100%,同时两种药剂的溶解性、成膜性能、乳化倾向、配伍性等指标优异,能够满足现场要求。 According to the results of scale sample analysis of water injection pipeline,scale inhibitor and bactericide for water injection were prepared,and the corrosion rate,corrosion inhibition rate,scale inhibition rate,bactericide rate,compatibility and other properties of the agent were evaluated indoors and on site.The results showed that the prepared scale and corrosion inhibitor and fungicide had excellent comprehensive performance.When the self-made scale and corrosion inhibitor was added at 120 mg/L,the corrosion rate,inhibition rate and scale inhibition rate reached the best,which were 0.009 mm/a,93.15% and 97.88%,respectively.When the fungicide was added at 80 mg/L,the killing rate of iron bacteria,saprophytes and sulfate-reducing bacteria all reached 100%.At the same time,the solubility,film-forming property,emulsification tendency and compatibility of the two agents were excellent,which could meet the on-site requirements.
